How do I create an account?

Yes you can, simply log into your account and follow the prompts to manage your account.

Are my details secure?

Yes. At Swiss Giraffes we take your privacy seriously. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Swiss Giraffe does not store your personal credit card information so we may ask for this to process any returns.

What are your payment options?

We currently accept payment through PayPal.

Do you accept gift cards?

Yes, we accept Swiss Giraffe Gift Cards with PINs online.

Why has my credit card been declined?

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to or for some reason does not authorise payment to Swiss Giraffe then you will be notified of this during the checkout process. For further details of declined payments, please contact your card issuer.

My order didn't go through but I think you charged me?

When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance although it is not actually taken from your account until we dispatch your order.

Dispatch Problems

If we are unable to dispatch your order, we do not charge you and the money is automatically put back onto your available balance by your Bank. This usually takes around 3 working days but the exact time-frame does depend on your card issuer and your bank.

Can I exchange/return an item that was purchased online?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting us via our email address. We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
