Can I track my delivery?

When you make an online purchase with Swiss Giraffe,  you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your Online Account. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number.

Who delivers your packages?

We use our local Swiss Post system. However should you select the Hand Delivery option (only for the Geneva, 1202 area) one of our own delivery men/women will hand delivery your packages to you.

Do I need to sign for my package?

All items are shipped via the Economy or Priority post option which does not require a signature. However should you request registered/insured shipping a signature will be required when delivery is made.

What if I'm not home to receive my online package?

If you are not home and your package fits into your post box, the postman will leave it in there for you. If however, it’s too large, then he will leave a slip notifying you that the package has been returned to your local post office with the date you can collect it.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Economy:-
For a package = 100 x 60 x 60cm = 0.1kg to 2kg = CHF5.00
= 2.1kg to 5kg = CHF7.00
= 5.1kg to 10kg = CHF8.00
= 10.1kg to 20kg = CHF13.00
= 20.1kg to 30kg = CHF20.00

Priority:-
For a package = 100 x 60 x 60cm = 0.1kg to 2kg = CHF9.00
= 2.1kg to 5kg = CHF11.00
= 5.1kg to 10kg = CHF12.00
= 10.1kg to 20kg = CHF18.00
= 20.1kg to 30kg = CHF25.00
