Policies

Payment

– Paypal is the preferred the method of payment. Payment must be received within 2 days, before your order can be made/processed/shipped.

– If payment is not received within this time, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping Address

– Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. If the address provided is incorrect & you do not receive your order, Swiss Giraffe is unable to cover or be responsible for lost/returned items.

– If shipping to a different Paypal address, please ensure you provide the alternate address details or else items will be shipped to address provided. Shipping will be made within 2 – 3 working days after payment is received.

Shipping Methods

– All orders are shipped economy via Swiss Post unless otherwise stated. Please contact me if you would like your order shipped via Priority/Registered mail at an additional cost.

Shipping Costs

– Within Switzerland, items are shipped at the specified cost  a flat rate of CHF7.00 up to 2kg. For any orders over 2kg we will contact you with additional shipping costs.

– For International clients outside Switzerland, please contact us to inquire about shipping costs to your specific country.

Order Processing Times

1. In stock items ship within 2 – 3 days

2. Handmade, custom orders ship within specified times as listed on item details page

3. Items ordered on a Saturday/Sunday or Swiss holiday will be shipped the next business day

Delivery Times

Switzerland:– within 2 – 3 days from shipment date

Europe: – within 7 – 14 days from shipment date

Rest of the World: 7 – 21 days from shipment date

* The above delivery times are an estimation. International delivery times may be shorter/longer due to individual postal service or customs delays in your specific country.

Damages/Losses

– Swiss Giraffe cannot be held responsible for courier/postal errors or items that are lost/damaged on route, & we cannot offer refunds/replacements in such cases.

– If you do not claim your package from the post office etc in time & it is returned to Swiss Giraffe, we cannot offer a refund.

– Please ensure your address details are correct as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received due to an incorrect address.

Custom Orders

– Due to the amount of time/materials needed for a hand made colour/custom order, no refunds will be offered unless a mistake has been made on my part. Custom orders are final.

Additional Information

– Positive customer feedback, suggestions & ideas are always welcomed & appreciated

– Custom colour orders are welcome on certain handmade items where indicated

– Items will be re-released for sale if no payment is received within the specified time (apart from custom orders)

– All our handmade items can be considered as slow fashion, eco friendly & fair trade

– All items are stored/made in a smoke free, pet free environment that is filled with love

– We try as close as possible to accurately portray product colour, however there may be some colour differences due to individual monitor calibrations and displays.
